Under the Mtn. Martial Arts presents special Self-Defense Workshop with special guest John Goff. John Goff is a certified martial arts instructor, Muay Thai Kickboxing instructor and Knife Fighting instructor. He travelled to Thailand and trained in Muay Thai Kickboxing, as well has done MMA and instructs in martial arts as well. He is a reiki energy healer and worker and has become one of the foremost knife fighting and self-defense instructors in Utah. He currently teaches at Lion Heart Academy in Hurricane, Utah. He also owns Evolution Martial Arts.
The workshop will cover self-defense techniques, including knife fighting and knife defense instruction. He will also cover some basics in Muay Thai Kickboxing.
